Snoozing at Marysville  Contributor's Pick!
Espee local power, in this case GP9E 3879, sits with one of the road's trademark bay-window cabooses at Marysville CA in August 1976. 3879 was one of 20 GP9s SP had delivered in 1959 with a low nose (as 5890); it came out of the Sacramento rebuild program in May 1976.
