Salmon Bay Bridge  Contributor's Pick!       
Three BNSF GEs lead a train eastbound over Salmon Bay Bridge in the Seattle locale of Ballard. Called "Bridge no.4" on the radio, it's approaching its 100th birthday, having been opened for the GN in 1914. The photo was taken from the Hiram Chittenden Locks at Ballard.
