Pushing Cars on the OVRR |
Description: |
Ozark Valley GP7U 1306 pushes a string of four cars over Liberty Street to the KCS interchange. The shortline runs a stretch of former KCS (ICG, GM&O, Alton) trackage to the city's industrial park on its southwest side. It started operations in 2007 and although it owns the entire Fulton Branch as well as rights on an industrial spur on the town's northeast corner, it spends almost all of its time working the industrial park. The Fulton branch does not appear to have seen a train south of Auxvasse since acquired by OVRR. |
