Title: |
Paired GP10s on the MRIX |
Description: |
Motive Rail Inc must have one of the largest (if not the largest) group of operating Paducah Geeps left in the country with at least 12 in possession along with about five GP7/9s as well. "Home" is at SEMO Port along with several outlying locations in the midwest. GP10s 8317 and 8328 are shown here tied down near the BNSF interchange in Cape. Although MRIX paints its units in red and blue colors, 8317 seems to be the oddball of the litter, having a blue long hood and red cab. The trailing unit, 8329, is in what could be called the closest thing to a standard scheme with blue cab, short hood, frame and bottom part of the long hood.. |
